What can Homeopathy help with?

Homeopathy does not treat the disease, but the patient in their whole being. Disease is, from the homeopathic perspective, a disruption to the inner life force, which is experienced in a unique way by each individual. This means that treatment is tailored to the individual, and that any disruptions can be supported by homeopathy. Examples of these are given below.

Adults

Homeopathy can support a vast array of conditions, including those without a given label or with unknown causes. These include (but are not limited to) symptoms associated with the following:

• Depression;

• Digestive complaints, both acute and chronic;

• Female hormone imbalances (such as irregular/painful/heavy periods, mood swings, PMT, menopause);

• Allergies and hay fever;

• Chest infections, both acute and recurring (asthma, bronchitis, pleurisy);

• Diabetes;

• Eating disorders;

• Emotional imbalances (brought on by grief, anxiety, phobias, 'stress', lack of confidence, etc.);.

• Heart issues;

• Joint issues, both acute and chronic;

• Male hormone imbalances

• Migraines, headaches, vertigo;

• Pregnancy, post-natal care;

• Puberty (both physical and emotional symptoms);

• Skin complaints (such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, etc.);

• Urinary tract issues (such as cystitis, kidney issues, etc.).

Children

Children tend to respond really well to homeopathic treatment. Common issues that homeopathy can help with include (but are not limited to) symptoms associated with the following:

• Attention deficit disorders (ADD, ADHD), autism, asperger's syndrome;

• Behavioral issues (such as temper tantrums, screaming, crying, lack of concentration, learning difficulties, hyperactivity, night terrors, anxiety, fear, shyness, etc.);

• Colds, coughs and associated issues, both acute and chronic (such as asthma, chest infections, croup, recurrent tonsillitis, earaches, etc.);

• Digestive complaints (such as constipation, colics in babies, diarrhoea, poor weight gain, etc.);

• Food allergies and hay fever;

• Growth pains and growth-related issues;

• Skin complaints (such as eczema, psoriasis, warts, verrucas, acne, etc.);

• Sleep disorders (such as insomnia, wakefulness, nightmares, night terrors, etc.);

• Slow development, both physical and/or emotional;

• Teething and teeth-related issues.
