HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDIES
Remedies are best not touched with the hands, but tipped in the mouth directly. Open the remedy bottle, gently tip one sucrose pillule or lactose tablet into the container’s lid, and without touching it with your fingers, tip the tablet into your mouth (or your child's), underneath the tongue. Let it dissolve there. Allow at least 15 minutes either side of eating, drinking or teeth-brushing when taking a remedy.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF A REMEDY OR IF YOU NEED TO TAKE FREQUENT DOSES
A good trick to know about is how to manage rapid dosing and how to make a nearly finished remedy last longer.
*Make sure that if you are running out of a remedy you always leave at least 5 pillules*.
One sucrose pillule can be dropped in a 300ml or 500ml water bottle one third full. Let the pillule dissolve. Once it has, bang the bottle (with the lid on!) a few times on your open palm (or, if you want to feel like Hahnemann himself, on a closed, leather-bound, hardback book!). Take a small sip. This counts as a dose. The same directions as when taking the pillules apply: allow at least 15 minutes between taking a remedy and eating, drinking or brushing your teeth.
